Hello, my name is Austin McConnell, I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 5 years. At Routine Kneads Massage Therapy, I focus a lot on pain management techniques as well as offering stress relieving techniques for those looking for a stress free relaxing massage. Back In 2011 I was involved in an incident where a vehicle struck me as I was riding my bicycle, shortly after the incident I went to the chiropractor where I was diagnosed with a Reversal of Cervical Lordosis, this means that the curvature in my neck grew the wrong way from birth, and the sudden impact of being struck irritated the muscles which started causing symptoms. Because of this I have spent several years dealing with Massage Therapists to help ease the pain and discomfort. In 2013 when I graduated High School, I decided I wanted to become a Massage Therapist so that I could have the ability to help other people manage pain. When you come into my business, my number one goal is to focus on the areas you want worked on to make you feel better.
